Manages GIPF’s growing fleet of vehicles, which requires the strategic acquisition, optimum utilization and maintenance of this fleet of vehicles.
Oversees the provision of general services of ensuring cleanliness of work facilities and surrounding areas as well as general administrative programs for effectively managing GIPF’s front office, landscaping and cleaning activities.
Develop, in liaison with the GM, short term plans, including budgets that guide projects implementation and ensures that all resources allocated for the project and infrastructure are utilized effectively.
Monitor and report non-compliance to company policies and procedures as well as statutory regulations regarding Property administration, Infrastructure and Maintenance.
Refurbishment and maintenance of existing infrastructures.
Procurement of Project services and project resources.
Ensure Occupational Safety (OS) compliance and standards.
Staff supervision and capacity development.

A bachelor’s degree in any of the following fields: Property management/studies, Facilities Management, Construction Management or Equivalent
At least 4-5 years hands on project management experience in property management, maintenance and land acquisition.
3 years’ experience at supervisory level
