Opportunity | Duty Description

  • Provide co-ordination services for the Office of the CEO as it pertains to managing and implementing corporate strategy;
  • To assist in the administration of the ManCo and Exco and ensure Strategy Exco is aligned to the Board of Trustee Calendar and submission standards;
  • Serves as Administrator of the GIPF projects Management coordination unit;
  • Assist with the filing and record keeping of the Office of the CEO division;
  • Deal with delegated or assigned telephonic and in-person enquiries/communications and establish nature and complexity of enquiry.
  • Maintain a material store in liaison with the Personal Assistant;
  • Assist with Strategic execution monitoring and reporting;
  • Provide diary, travel and schedule coordination services where assigned;
  • Assist with annual budget compilation and execution;
  • Innovation and Personal development.

Opportunity | Duty Requirement(s)

  • Bachelor’s degree majoring in Business Administration, Social Sciences or Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
  • 3 years’ experience in an office administration.
